Reconnect with nature and restore your sense of calm through Guided Forest Therapy.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural world as you’re gently guided to slow down, awaken your senses and experience deep relaxation. Learn simple, evidence-based practices to support rest, recovery and presence — tools you can bring into your everyday life. Each walk offers an opportunity to rediscover meaning, connection, and pleasure through mindful engagement with nature.

When we work together, you may feel supported in your self expression & creativity; your sense of fun & meaning; & your relationship with yourself, your community & the natural world.

Nature Mentoring is an experiential & educational alternative to therapy. Spending time in nature, while mindfully engaging through our senses, builds a meaningful relationship with our natural surroundings, develops a sense of belonging and has direct benefits to our physical and mental health. Nature Mentoring can be a powerful way to deepen the positive effects of psychotherapy.

Creative Arts Therapy is an experiential psychotherapeutic approach. It uses a range of creative modalities (drawing, writing, sculpting, drama, clay and movement) to help explore feelings that may be hard to put into words. Creative Arts Therapists help clients to reduce anxiety, improve self-awareness and find new pathways to healing. It is holistic – attending to emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual well-being.

Guided Forest Therapy , based on the Japanese Practice of Shinrin Yoku 森林浴, is a research based public health practice of guided immersion in forests, with the aim of promoting mental and physical health whilst relaxing and enjoying natural environments. Forest Therapy follows the standard set by the International Core Curriculum as specified by the International Nature & Forest Therapy Alliance INFTA.
