Return and Refund Policy

Terms of Return

The Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, there is no refund or exchange option. If less than 30 days, all returns must be:

1. Unused 
2. In the same condition as received in &
3. In the original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

State of Return

Due to the personal nature of Kula Cloth products, items that are no longer in their original sealed packaging cannot be returned. Sealed items being returned for a refund must be sent within 30 days of your order receipt.

Reason for Return 

If you receive an incorrect item or items that are defective, please email for instructions so exchanges or replacements can be arranged. Your Kula Cloth is guaranteed to be free of defects upon arrival, and for 30 days from receipt of your order. If your item fails within 30 days of your order under normal use, please email to discuss a replacement or refund. You may be asked to send photos of the defect, so please do not discard the item. Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return.

• Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards & Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• Exchanges (if applicable): Only items which are defective or damaged can be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to discuss options first before returning it.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

When shipping an item, please use trackable postage, such as the one you received your order in. Flow foREST Therapy cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
