Catherine Marty is a Trauma Informed Counsellor, Ecotherapist, and Sound Healer who invites you into the enchanting world of plant communication through the music of nature. Using plant music, she helps you listen to the unique and beautiful songs of plants and trees. She combines this with guided mediations and sound to help regulate your nervous system and experience the forest in a unique way.
༄
Catherine guides you on a transformative sound journey featuring shamanic drums, Native American flutes, chimes, and voice — harmoniously woven with the melodies of the trees. The plant sounds are created using a device called Music of the Plants, which connects to the roots and leaves to capture the plant’s electromagnetic frequencies and translate them into soothing musical tones.
༄
"I felt held and cared for throughout the experience which is a reflection of Catherine's beautiful heart and immense competency working with people and facilitating transformation, inner growth and mental wellbeing. I will definitely come back for more!"
